Understand the Four Core Values of Leadership Training
Importance of Group
There are many types of leadership adventure training purposes for students, mainly to train students' reflection and communication skills, and we also design various leadership training for different schools.
In past cooperation with different institutions, we advocated the use of leadership training games to let students understand the importance of groups. Because we understand that the various difficulties students encounter in theory and study will inevitably not be put into practice. Therefore, through experiential learning, we guide students to further train the four core values of excellence in the natural environment.
Mainly through experiential learning, guide students to understand the characteristics required as leaders and explore further.
Understand the need for mutual trust in the team, strengthen the existing relationship between the groups, and further consolidate the team’s tacit understanding.
Through activities, students can gain self-confidence and enhance their understanding of the possitive life values, as well as self- reflection skill.
Understand the division of labor among teams and the characteristics of team members to build better teams.
Every year, different schools cooperate with us to organize leadership training camps. Through different adventure activities, we train the leadership skills of various leaders. We use natural resources from nature and instructors’ experiential, lively and interesting learning to enable students to train different expressions in groups.
In addition, we will advocate techniques for using light and simple games to bring out the four core values. Therefore, in order to adapt to different school types and purposes, the leadership training we design will be tailor-made to enhance personal abilities through different trainings.
